This year sees Auspak Home Loans reach a new milestone of 25 years plus lending experience. For the last three decades, the family-owned business has helped homeowners and investors with lending advice and finance. Raising the customer service bar

Previously relying on spreadsheets and manual processes to facilitate the loan application and lending process led to a review of how technology could transform client contact and administration. Auspak turned to Auctus Coaching, a specialist mortgage broking coach who recommended and oversaw the complete implementation of Salestrekker and WebloanQ. 

With in-depth insights into the systems and technologies brokers need ‘to make more money in less time’, Auctus facilitated the implementation of a new Salestrekker CRM platform and WebloanQ comparison tool. WebloanQ helps consumers to complete simple calculations, quotes, product comparisons and applications in their own time.

The goal for Auspak is to improve their efficiency and productivity levels plus ensure they improve the client experience. The team is committed to implementing the technology and tools to achieve this with the highly intuitive Salestrekker CRM platform, and the WebloanQ tools that help provide greater calculations into loan repayments, stamp duty and budgets.

With new automated CRM workflows in place via Salestrekker, prospective clients and referral partners can now also benefit from WebloanQ technology. 

Auspak has established a professional referral network made up from accountants, real estate agents and legal contacts who can now direct their clients to a tailored website landing page to kick off the relationship with Auspak. This could be booking an appointment directly with the Auspak team, completing a loan application, or providing the details to support a face-to-face meeting. 

The end result for Auspak is impressive.

“WebloanQ delivers the information we need overnight in many instances. With the application or preliminary assessment in hand, all I need to do is pick up the phone and book a client meeting. In 24 hours we are seeing completed loan applications. Salestrekker and WebloanQ have accelerated how we build our revenue and improved our customer service at the same time,” also outlined  Reece Thorn, Lending Specialist at Auspak Home Loans.

Tailored to the client’s needs

Auspak believes the time investment needed by clients to complete an online application is perfectly tailored to their needs. 

“For many people they really only around 20 minutes to complete their details online via our WebloanQ tool. They can do this when it suits them and it streamlines a more ‘always on’ approach to the lending process,” Reece continued.

With more digital client data at hand, the team at Auspak now have more time to remain focused on those clients that need support with loan applications.
